We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. If you are new to us, you do need to see one of our GPs for a video consultation. For subsequent visits, we offer a cheaper fee for a simple repeat prescription (but again - only if you have already seen one of our online doctors for this medication previously).
GP Video Consultation

- 15 minute video telemedicine consultation
- From the privacy of your own home, at a time that suits you.
- Includes a prescripion sent to any NZ pharmacy of your choice.
Discounted Consults
We provide discounts for younger ages and Community Service Card holders.
For Community Service Card (CSC) holders:
- Under 14s: FREE
- 14-17: $30
- Adult: $33
Not a CSC holder:
- Under 14s: $30
- 14-17: $55
Another common question we get is do we charge extra for un-funded people? (e.g. tourists / vistor Visas etc) - the answer is no - it is just the standard adult rate.
Repeat Prescription

- If we have already had a consultation with you and prescribed these medications before, you can usually request these again using this easier process.
- (Maximum prescription length is 3 months - this is common to all NZ Pharmacies).
