Dr Wesley Ho is an American Board-Certified Family Physician with a clinical focus on preventative medicine, chronic disease management, sports medicine, integrative medicine, and substance use disorder treatment. Born and raised in Hong Kong, he later immigrated to New York. After receiving his medical degree he completed his residency New York, where he served as chief resident. He has since practiced evidence-based, broad-spectrum family medicine, including obstetrics, and served as the medical director of a busy Federally Qualified Health Center in Kingston, NY. He was also a member of the clinical faculty there, teaching and training medical students and residents to expand the family medicine workforce. Alongside his office practice, he has been deeply involved with the New York State Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr Howey is originally from South Canterbury. He studied medicine at the University of Otago, graduating in 2010. Prior to finally settling in Christchurch, he has worked in practices in Hawke’s Bay and the Bay of Plenty. Dr Shelley grew up in Auckland and graduated from Auckland School of medicine in 2001. She worked in hospitals in Auckland and also spent 3 years doing post graduate research in bariatric surgery. She brings vast knowledge and experience in all medical subspecialties in particular in diabetes and endocrinology. She has been working in General practice since 2015 and has a passion for internal medicine and women's health. She is friendly, approachable and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She loves music, hiking, skiing, spending time with her three boys and her dog.

Dr Emma was born and raised in The Netherlands and graduated from Amsterdam VU University Medical School in 2014. In 2021 she completed her General Practice training and worked as a GP in the Netherlands before moving to Auckland in 2025 with her Kiwi partner. She has a broad interest in all areas of general practice, including preventative care, women’s health, and chronic disease management. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring and hiking the beautiful NZ scenery, travelling, and going to the gym.

She completed her medical training at Utrecht University and went on to complete her General Practice specialisation at the VU University in Amsterdam. She has worked as a general practitioner in Amsterdam since 2021, gaining broad experience in primary care, particularly within diverse and urban populations. Her clinical interests include dermatology, infectious disease, and women's health. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, with a focus on long-term patient wellbeing. Outside of her medical work, Sasha enjoys an active lifestyle together with her Kiwi family. She spends her free time running, practicing yoga, and exploring the outdoors.
